A further cement container for the RhB Sb
After the first container was finished, a further container for the second Sb depressed-center freight car got started...
Good progress was made with the second container in just two weeks. The small parts - except some dome cover parts - will be mounted after varnishing.

Varnishing is up next - after mounting some parts of the dome covers...

The fitting consists of approx. 45 parts...
Detail photos and a comprehensive contruction report with lots of pictures also featuring a simple method for swaging plastic parts can be viewed in the project area.

After spending a month with preparations like getting hold of materials as well as prototype pix and two months of fun with constructing, the result rewards the efforts.

Since I enjoyed building both the Rp-w and Sb cars, it's not unlikely that similar projects will follow. Some ideas already sparked...
