All Quiet ...
...on the Northern Front. Just a few activities were possible around the garden railway in summer 2014 due to a lack of time. The new Allegra was run a few times, two trees near the sawmill had to be moved since they grew too big and first preparations were made for a substantial technical modification of a RhB flatbed car.
Put into operation
The result rewards for the modifictaion of the destination boards' illu - there are no luminous spots any longer.
The headlights remain lit when the tracks' power is shut off - thanks to the buffered Massoth XLS-M1.
Replanted
The trees on the right were moved since they grew too big at the siding's begin.
A new common boxwood featuring a bole looks just fine in this place.
Planned
A FPV camera for the next project...
... and the corresponding transmitter.
In case the tests of wireless video transmissions from a train running on the layout outside in the garden will turn out to be successful and reliable, a model of a Google StreetView trike will be built in order to place it onto a RhB Re-w flat car...
