New president...
... of the railroad ? This has been the case during the past months since the little tigers spent more time outside on the layout than we were able to due to other profane tasks which had to be accomplished - hence the silence in this place during the past weeks.
This summer's end...
... was great since the weather allowed for operations at almost any time and so the rarely used regular gauge rolling stock got some fresh air. A click onto the picture will open a different perspective...
Given the impressive freight traffic, the passenger traffic didn't get a raw deal. The big seeming city nevertheless has some idyllic spots which you can explore by clicking onto this picture.

It's difficult to tell whether childhood memories or the design of these old vehicles make these modells from the 1960s und 70s so darn attractive. However, I wasn't able to ignore the V60 in my dealer's shelf when visiting him the last time... A Massoth XLS-M1 provides for the correct sound.
